Daythree has been named the winner of GBS Asia Awards 2019 in the Contact Centre Operational Excellence category at the PIKOM Unicorn Tech Awards ceremony last night. This is Daythree’s second consecutive award for the same category after emerging as the winner for the 2018 awards.
This highest corporate category award is to recognise performance across the entire operational spectrum specific to services being offered to the end-user. Operational excellence spans deployment of capabilities across service delivery, solution’s relevance, people and technology competencies, process excellence and improvements, client value and attainment of outcomes.
The GBS Awards program is an independent business awards program judged by members of the industry to recognize and reward excellence in business services. These Awards are aimed at recognizing excellence across both organizations and individuals that have greatly contributed to development, enhancement and growth of the business services marketplace.

Winners of the GBS Asia Awards 2019 were determined by an independent panel of judges identified from the length and breadth of the larger business services marketplace.
