Daythree emerged as the winner of the Contact Centre Asia Pacific Innovations Award for 2019 held in Jakarta in September 2019. Daythree competed against leading contact centres across Asia Pacific, namely from Australia, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan and Thailand.
In addition, Daythree also won the award for Best Contact Centre Manager 2019.
