Daythree emerged as the winner of the Contact Centre Asia Pacific Innovations Award for 2019  held in Jakarta in September 2019. Daythree competed against leading contact centres across Asia Pacific, namely from Australia, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan and Thailand.

In addition, Daythree also won the award for Best Contact Centre Manager 2019.

“This is another proud moment for all of us at Daythree for sweeping top honours at a regional level”, says Raymond Devadass, CEO. “The competition was immense, so it is truly a reflection of our ability to drive innovation for our customers”.

The Contact Center Associations of Asia Pacific (CC-APAC) represents the collaboration amongst in-country Contact Center Associations across Asia Pacific.
